Welcome to La Casita
La Casita is a licensed family child care program in Apple Valley, Minnesota, offering Spanish immersion early learning for children ages 2 to 6.
Since 2015, Ernestina “Tina” Gonzalez de Perez has created a warm, nurturing environment where children learn through play, daily routines, stories, music, art, movement, and hands-on activities—all while building confidence and familiarity with the Spanish language.
Our small-group, home-based setting offers the personal attention of family child care with the consistency, enriching activities, and intentional learning families expect from a high-quality early childhood center.

At La Casita, Spanish is part of everyday life. Children build language naturally through conversation, songs, stories, imaginative play, meals, outdoor time, and age-appropriate learning activities.
Our program provides a predictable daily rhythm with plenty of opportunities to explore, create, move, develop friendships, and prepare for the next stage of school.
